Position: Technology & Field Implementation Representative
Location: Various Primary Healthcare Centers across Oyo State
Job Summary:
Render Health is seeking a technology-oriented and adaptable professional to support the deployment and training of healthcare software solutions in primary healthcare centers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation and utilization of digital health tools by healthcare staff across multiple locations in Oyo State.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site training sessions for healthcare staff on the proper use of healthcare software systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during and after implementation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify and resolve system-related challenges.
- Monitor and evaluate the adoption of technology solutions, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Document implementation processes, challenges, and solutions for reporting and future reference.
- Travel extensively to various primary healthcare centers within Oyo State as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Public Health, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in health technology solutions.
- Strong ability to learn, understand, and teach software systems effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to different locations within Oyo State.
- Prior experience in fieldwork, training, or technology implementation is advantageous but not mandatory.
