Key Responsibilities
- Balance cash drawers daily and oversee ATM transactions.
- Recommend and cross-sell bank products and services, including credit cards and savings accounts, to meet sales targets.
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, money transfers and payments.
- Respond to customer enquiries, resolve issues and provide information about banking products and services.
- Comply with regulatory requirements and security protocols to prevent fraud and minimise losses.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cash handling, retail or customer service.
- High attention to detail and strong mathematical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems.
- Maximum age of 27 years.
