The Delta State Traffic Management Authority (DESTMA) is a government agency responsible for controlling traffic and ensuring road safety across Delta State, Nigeria. DESTMA was established and assented to on December 4, 2013, as an Executive Bill by His Excellency Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan. The Authority became operational on May 14, 2016, under His Excellency, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa.

Applicants should:
- Be of Delta State origin.
- Be of good character.
- Possess a valid Local Government Area certificate of origin.
- Be medically and physically fit and provide a medical report.

- Have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption certificate for graduate positions.
- Be computer literate.
- Shortlisted female applicants who are pregnant must produce a pregnancy test certificate from a government hospital.
- Be between 16 and 40 years of age.
