Main Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Actively promoting and selling the bank’s products and services.
- Engaging in direct promotion activities in markets.
- Mobilizing deposits by cross-selling the bank’s products and informing customers about their benefits and uses.
- Opening accounts and managing all customer account-related operations.
- Disbursing loans.
- Providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc./HND.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent selling and marketing skills.
- Proficiency in using a PC.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
