Job Description
The Travel Consultant will assist clients with their travel plans, provide information on available travel options and help customers make suitable travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience, good communication skills and a strong understanding of customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel enquiries and requirements.
- Understand clients’ travel needs and recommend suitable options.
- Provide information about available travel services and arrangements.
- Assist clients with travel bookings and related arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with clients before, during and after their travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and bookings.
- Follow up with clients and respond promptly to their questions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Keep up to date with relevant travel information and industry developments.
- Support the company in achieving its customer service and business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role with a proven track record.
- Minimum qualification of OND, HND, or B.Sc.
- Must be tech-savvy.
- Must reside on Lagos Island or within close proximity.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site.
