Job Summary
The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for driving a company van to assigned routes, selling and distributing products, meeting sales targets, collecting customer payments, and ensuring daily sales remittance in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the company van safely along assigned sales routes.
- Sell and distribute CWAY products to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.
- Collect payments from customers and remit sales daily.
- Operate the company’s sales application for order processing and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Sound driving skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Must own a smartphone.
- Good knowledge of Lagos road network.
- 1–2 years of FMCG van sales experience.
- Honest, hardworking, target-driven, and able to follow company processes.
- Ability to use a sales application and remit sales daily.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE or its equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a similar role.
