Job Description
Schneider Electric is inviting applications for its 2027 Graduate Programme, a structured 24-month learning and development programme designed to help recent graduates build practical experience and accelerate their careers.
Participants will gain exposure to real business projects, industry-leading technologies and solutions while working with diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
The programme will also provide opportunities to develop technical, commercial and leadership capabilities through structured learning, mentorship and rotational assignments.

Requirements
Applicants should:
- Hold a BEng or BSc degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or Psychology.
- Have a minimum of 2nd Class Upper Division or equivalent CGPA from an accredited university.
- Be a recent graduate from the Class of 2026 or expected to graduate within the next six months.
- Have completed NYSC camp within the past three months or be expected to complete NYSC camp within the next six months in 2026.
- Be legally authorised to work in Nigeria.
- Be willing and able to be based in Lagos throughout the programme.
- Be available to commence the programme in February 2027.
- Be committed to completing the full 24-month Graduate Programme.
