Responsibilities
- Drive company staff and authorised passengers safely to assigned destinations.
- Transport documents, materials and other company items as required.
- Maintain punctuality and follow assigned schedules and routes.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report faults or maintenance requirements.
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
- Follow all road safety regulations and company driving policies.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage and vehicle maintenance.
- Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with staff and clients.
Requirements

Koolboks is seeking a Repossession Officer to support its recovery operations in Abuja. The successful candidate will handle field-based recovery activities, customer follow-up and the recovery of company assets from customers with delinquent accounts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and follow up with customers on outstanding obligations.
- Locate and recover company assets from customers with delinquent accounts.
- Manage assigned recovery cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Engage customers professionally to negotiate repayment or recovery arrangements.
- Work with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate successful recoveries.
- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities, customer interactions and recovered assets.
- Prepare regular reports on assigned accounts, recovery progress and outstanding cases.
- Ensure all recovery activities are carried out professionally and in line with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Escalate difficult or sensitive cases appropriately.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in loan recovery, debt collection, asset recovery, repossession or a related role.
- Experience handling field recovery activities is an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recovery targets.
- Must be based in Abuja or willing to work from Abuja.
