Job Summary
Golden Penny Food is recruiting a Data Entry Operator B2C for its Supply Chain operations in Agbara, Ogun State. The successful candidate will maintain accurate company records, update databases and spreadsheets, verify information, and prepare reports to support efficient operations and data management.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems, databases, and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify and cross-check data to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive business information in line with company policies.
- Retrieve, compile, and provide data reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Organise and maintain electronic and physical records for easy retrieval and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure data integrity, consistency, and completeness across systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and record-management skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify data inconsistencies.
- One to three years of experience in data entry, records management, administrative support, or a related role.
- Experience in a structured corporate, logistics, manufacturing, or FMCG environment is an added advantage.
