Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare monthly salary reports and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor company expenses and support cost control.
- Prepare and process payroll.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws and company policies.
- Assist management with financial planning and decision-making.
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of a B.Sc. in Accounting.
- Professional qualifications such as ICAN or ACCA are an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance.
