Job Purpose

The Account Partner will support the development and implementation of Enterprise Solutions sales strategies while managing allocated corporate accounts to achieve revenue, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities

• Increase MTN’s market share by acquiring new accounts and developing and maintaining existing customer accounts.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through to bill delivery.
• Identify new clients and create additional business opportunities with existing customers to increase company revenue.
• Research potential customers and their disposable income using the company’s data mining system.
• Continuously analyse relevant industries to identify new prospects and business opportunities for the corporate sales department.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly corporate sales reports, contractual documentation and status reports in line with MTN quality standards.
• Log customer service requests, enquiries and complaints, escalating and troubleshooting issues where necessary.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate customers and support the achievement of agreed account development plans.
• Contribute to the delivery of sales, revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• First degree in any relevant discipline.
• Fluent in English.
• 3–7 years of experience in a relevant area of specialisation.
• Experience working with others in a professional environment.
• Experience working in a medium-sized organisation.
