Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing large volumes of cash transactions accurately and efficiently. They will provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the opening and maintenance of customer accounts, maintaining accurate records of all transactions to ensure compliance with banking regulations, ensuring the security and confidentiality of customer information and bank assets, and working collaboratively with other bank staff to achieve branch and organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
- Age below 27 years.
- Completion of NYSC.
- BSc degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2).
- Minimum of five credits in SSCE, including English and Mathematics.
