Job Summary:
The Growth Manager (Real Estate) will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and retaining top talent in the real estate industry. This role focuses on building strong relationships with individual realtors, realtor groups, and upcoming realtors to drive the sales of Oneland Africa’s properties. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to keep realtors engaged and motivated, ensuring their long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard experienced individual realtors, realtor groups, and upcoming realtors to sell Oneland Africa’s properties.
- Develop and implement retention plans to keep realtors engaged and loyal to Oneland Africa.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with realtors, ensuring they have the resources and motivation to succeed.
- Supervise and lead a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Provide training and support to onboarded realtors, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a growth management role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong ability to develop and execute strategies that align with business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, forecast growth, and manage budgets.
- Charismatic, confident, and possesses excellent communication skills.
