Job Description
As a Graduate Trainee in Investment Advisory (Sales), you will be responsible for:
- Advising clients on investment portfolios and providing personalised investment strategies to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Selling the firm’s products and recommending alternative investments and products within the group to increase Assets Under Management (AUM) and support customer acquisition.
- Managing and nurturing existing client relationships to encourage repeat business and client retention through the firm’s end-to-end financial services.
- Growing new-to-firm business by actively prospecting through new and existing client relationships.
- Monitoring market trends and stock movements and suggesting alternative business strategies to take advantage of changing market opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing or sales role.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division.
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Must have completed the NYSC programme.
- Must not be older than 26 years at the next birthday.
