About the Graduate Trainee Programme
Newcross is inviting applications for its 2026 Technical Graduate Trainee Programme, designed to provide young graduates with structured development, practical experience and exposure to Nigeria’s energy industry.
The programme will provide participants with opportunities to develop their technical and professional skills through rotations, mentorship and hands-on project experience.

Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper or HND with Upper Credit.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Must be 30 years or younger.
- Must have 0–2 years of relevant post-qualification work experience.
- Must possess digital proficiency.
- Must be willing to work across operational and field locations.
