Job Purpose
The Beach Master is responsible for ensuring that materials are properly received, accounted for, and maintained at the required quality and quantity levels to meet the company’s needs while providing support services to the factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive all types of bulk oil from Port Harcourt and other locations into the Beach Storage Tanks after sampling and approval by the Quality Control Laboratory.
- Issue or supply all types of oil from the storage tanks to the Bleaching Section as requested.
- Document all receipts of materials and maintain the abstract and all necessary records.
- Submit the daily stock sheet detailing all receipts made during the day to the Planning/Stores Manager.
