Job Description

Nourri Foods & Drinks Limited is seeking a commercially minded and highly resourceful professional to lead the identification, evaluation and development of strategic product and manufacturer partnerships across Nigeria, West Africa and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential FMCG and food & beverage categories.
• Source and engage manufacturers, brands, suppliers and exporters.
• Conduct market, competitor, pricing and profitability analysis.
• Develop supplier pipelines and commercial proposals.
• Support negotiations on pricing, MOQs, territories and distribution agreements.
• Coordinate product sampling, onboarding, testing and launch planning.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, food & beverage, sourcing, category management, procurement or business development.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain, International Business or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian FMCG and food & beverage market.
• Experience engaging manufacturers, suppliers, brand owners or international partners.
• Strong negotiation, commercial analysis, research and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to identify profitable products and market gaps and develop viable partnerships.

Advantage

• Experience in food & beverage distribution, international sourcing, import/export or overseas supplier relationships.
