Job Description
Nourri Foods & Drinks Limited is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Inventory & Stock Control Coordinator to manage the accurate receipt, storage, movement, reconciliation and reporting of food and beverage inventory across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming stock against supplier documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, transfers, returns, damages and dispatches.
- Conduct physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items and potential shortages or overstock.
- Track batch numbers, manufacturing dates and expiry dates using FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Coordinate stock releases and dispatches to customers and trade partners.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies, losses and damages.
- Provide accurate stock availability information and inventory reports.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, FMCG distribution, logistics or stock management.
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking and expiry management.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets and inventory-system skills.
- Strong numerical ability, accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and accountability in handling company inventory.
- Industry experience in FMCG, food & beverages, retail, distribution or consumer goods will be a strong advantage.
Advantage
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking, expiry control, stock reconciliation and warehouse documentation.
