Job Description

Nourri Foods & Drinks Limited is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Inventory & Stock Control Coordinator to manage the accurate receipt, storage, movement, reconciliation and reporting of food and beverage inventory across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming stock against supplier documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, transfers, returns, damages and dispatches.
• Conduct physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels, slow-moving items and potential shortages or overstock.
• Track batch numbers, manufacturing dates and expiry dates using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Coordinate stock releases and dispatches to customers and trade partners.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, losses and damages.
• Provide accurate stock availability information and inventory reports.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, FMCG distribution, logistics or stock management.
• HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking and expiry management.
• Good Excel/Google Sheets and inventory-system skills.
• Strong numerical ability, accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and accountability in handling company inventory.
• Industry experience in FMCG, food & beverages, retail, distribution or consumer goods will be a strong advantage.

Advantage

• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking, expiry control, stock reconciliation and warehouse documentation.
