Job Summary

The E-Sales Officer will support the growth of the bank’s digital sales activities by acquiring customers, promoting digital banking products and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers through digital and other sales channels.
Promote UBA’s digital banking products and services to prospective and existing customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and business growth.
Generate sales leads and follow up on prospective customers.
Support the achievement of assigned sales and business development targets.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking and digital solutions.
Monitor market opportunities and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.
Provide excellent customer service and support the resolution of customer enquiries.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a First Degree / Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience in Banking, Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management, SME/Commercial Banking or Digital Sales.
