Job Summary

The Relationship Officer – SME will be responsible for managing relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise customers, driving business growth and supporting the delivery of suitable banking solutions to SME clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective SME customers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the SME segment.
Promote relevant banking products and services to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customers’ business needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Monitor customer accounts and maintain regular engagement to support customer retention.
Meet assigned sales, business development and portfolio growth targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer enquiries and complaints.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Candidates should possess relevant experience in SME banking, sales, business development, customer relationship management or related banking functions.
