Role Overview

The Fishing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating well intervention and fishing operations, applying extensive hands-on experience in fishing tools and downhole operations to support safe and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Applied Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ hands-on experience in Well Intervention Services.
• Strong expertise in fishing tools and downhole operations.
• Solid understanding of OEM maintenance standards.
• Proven experience in operational planning and coordination.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in complex operational environments.
