Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Flight Ticketing & Reservations Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry, with proficiency in Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo systems, and must be able to issue tickets efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring our customers have a seamless booking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process flight bookings and reservations.
- Issue and reissue flight tickets accurately and promptly.
- Provide expert advice to customers on travel itineraries, flight options, and fare rules.
- Manage customer inquiries regarding flight availability, pricing, and changes.
- Ensure all ticketing procedures comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the travel industry.
- Certification from an accredited aviation school.
- Proficiency in Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo systems.
- Mandatory ability to issue tickets.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
