Hilton Hotels & Resort is recruiting a qualified Food and Beverage Director to oversee food and beverage operations at DoubleTree by Hilton, Owerri, maintain exceptional service standards and drive departmental profitability.
The successful candidate will manage daily operations across designated dining outlets, improve guest satisfaction, control operational costs and lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily food and beverage operations across designated outlets, ensuring excellent food quality, service delivery and effective marketing strategies to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies, monitor feedback and service trends, and drive continuous improvements in the guest experience.
- Oversee the administrative and planning functions of the Food and Beverage Department to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Implement cost-control measures for food, beverages and labour while improving operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and presentation to increase revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, coach and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities and recognise achievements to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
- Promote a safe and professional working environment for guests and team members.
- Work towards departmental performance targets while upholding Hilton’s hospitality and service standards.
