Job Summary
Smartflow Technologies Limited is recruiting a Graduate Trainee Business Intelligence / Data Analyst to support its fuel monitoring, data reporting and operational analysis activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring fuel management systems, preparing tank level and consumption reports, maintaining calibration records and supporting stock management through accurate data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote monitoring of Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG) systems, Fuel Management Systems (FMS) and fuel pumps across various sites.
- Generate and submit daily tank level reports to ensure real-time visibility of fuel stock.
- Prepare accurate calibration charts using raw data received from field operations.
- Raise Requests for Purchase Orders when site stock reaches the reorder level.
- Deliver Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation within 24 hours of receiving Fuel Receipt Notes and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
- Compile and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly fuel transaction reports.
- Prepare detailed monthly fuel consumption reports to support operational planning.
- Produce monthly maintenance reports to monitor system reliability and compliance.
- Update and track calibration milestones across all relevant systems.
- Comply strictly with the company’s occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Management or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a business intelligence or analytical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
- Good knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
