About the Graduate Trainee Program

Recare is seeking enthusiastic, career-minded and self-motivated graduates to join its team and contribute to the continued growth of the company.

The Recare Graduate Trainee Program is a two-year development programme designed to equip recent graduates with the skills and experience required for future management and leadership roles within the company.

The programme provides training and exposure across the following key areas:

• Marketing and Promotion
• Sales and Distribution
• Brand Management
• Operations and Research & Development
• Finance
• Human Resources
• Customer Service

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a B.Sc. or HND with a minimum of 2:1 or Upper Credit in any discipline.
• Candidates must have not more than 2 years of post-NYSC work experience.
• Applicants must be male or female and not more than 25 years old as of 31 December 2026.
