About the Programme
DP World Africa is seeking young talent for its GROW Graduate Programme, designed to attract, develop and retain graduates who can become future leaders and specialists within the organisation.
Requirements
- Must hold a Master’s degree in ICAN.
- No previous formal work experience is required.
- Must be in the final year of study, with qualification completion expected in 2026.
- Must not intend to pursue further studies in 2027.
- Strong interest in building a career with DP World.
Recruitment Process
Step 1 – Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will receive an assessment link through an external service provider on LinkedIn.
Step 2 – Video Interview: Candidates who meet the assessment requirements will be invited to complete a one-way video interview.
Step 3 – Final Interview: Successful candidates will be invited for an in-person interview at DP World’s offices in Nigeria.
Step 4 – Verification: Final candidates will undergo verification and background checks.
