DP World Africa is seeking talented young graduates for its GROW Graduate Programme, which is designed to develop future leaders and specialists within the organisation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm).
- No previous formal work experience is required.
- Must be in the final year of study, with qualification completion expected in 2026.
- Must not intend to pursue further studies in 2027.
- Strong interest in building a career with DP World.
Recruitment Process
Step 1 – Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will receive an assessment link through an external service provider on LinkedIn.
Step 2 – Video Interview: Candidates who pass the assessment will be invited to complete a one-way video interview.
Step 3 – Final Interview: Successful candidates will attend an in-person interview at DP World’s offices in Nigeria.
Step 4 – Verification: Final candidates will undergo verification and background checks.
