Job Summary
Radisson Blu Hotel, Lagos Ikeja, is seeking a Hotel Waitress to support its Food Service Department. The successful candidate will help deliver excellent guest service, create memorable dining experiences and ensure that food service activities meet the hotel’s standards.
The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, organised, professional and able to work effectively with colleagues while upholding Radisson Hotel Group’s service culture and values.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the Food Service Department.
- Deliver quality service and create memorable experiences for hotel guests.
- Maintain professional standards in all guest interactions.
- Work closely with supervisors and other team members to achieve departmental objectives.
- Follow company policies, service procedures and applicable local regulations.
- Represent the Radisson brand by demonstrating its values and commitment to hospitality.
Requirements
- A National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least one year of relevant experience in food and beverage service.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high hospitality and service standards.
