Job Summary
Ahead Fitness is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Hiring Manager to lead its recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent while supporting HR operations that contribute to the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
- Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee and recruitment records.
- Support performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies comply with labour regulations and company standards.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools is an advantage.
