Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of high-impact social programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program development, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement, with a passion for driving sustainable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute innovative programs aligned with the Foundation’s mission.
- Oversee the full program lifecycle, from ideation to scaling.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and donors.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability.
- Lead and mentor program teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Implement robust M&E systems to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in designing and evaluating social impact programs.
- Strong expertise in M&E, impact assessment, and reporting.
- Proven ability to secure grants, sponsorships, and donor funding.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
