Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Human Resource Manager to support recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, documentation and the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files and other personnel documentation.
- Support employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, company regulations and employee procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and support management with workforce and administrative activities.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR management tools and systems.
