Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead staff, maintain service standards, manage resources and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise, train and coordinate restaurant staff and monitor their performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, sales and operational expenses.
- Handle customer concerns and prepare operational reports for management.
Requirements
- B.Sc, HND or OND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service and staff management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced restaurant environment.
