GIG Mobility (formerly God is Good Motors) was founded in 1998 by Edwin and Stella Ajaere in Nigeria as a premium bus service. Following a rebrand in 2010 by Chidi Ajaere, the company transitioned to a technology-driven, scheduled service model. GIGM has since grown into a major digital bus travel company with operations extending to Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise ways to optimise inventory control procedures.
• Inspect levels of business supplies and materials to identify shortages.
• Ensure stock is adequate for all distribution requests and can meet direct demand.
• Record all deliveries to reconcile inventory.
• Use technology to monitor demand and document inventory characteristics.
• Place orders to replenish stock and avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
• Analyse data to anticipate future inventory needs.
• Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
• Report stock levels, issues and other relevant matters to upper management.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
• Duties may be reasonably modified at the company’s discretion.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
