The company seeks to recruit a qualified and technically skilled IT Support Officer to provide technical assistance, support IT systems and networks, and contribute to its digital and operational activities.
Job Summary
The IT Support Officer will provide technical support to end users, assist with the administration of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, support network and system operations, and maintain IT documentation. The successful candidate will also contribute to graphic design and basic web design tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end users and resolve basic IT issues.
Assist with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
Support network infrastructure and system operations.
Create and design graphics for business and communication purposes.
Provide basic web design support as required.
Maintain IT documentation and manage user accounts.
Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and technology initiatives.
Assist with other IT-related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
Two to five years of experience in IT support is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and basic networking.
Strong graphic design skills.
Web design experience is an added advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel when required.
