Job Description
PalmPay is seeking motivated Loan Sales Officers to promote its loan products, acquire new customers and support loan applications and repayments across assigned locations. The successful candidates will be responsible for achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with credit policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals.
- Promote and sell the bank’s loan products to individuals and businesses.
- Conduct credit assessments and ensure proper documentation of loan applications.
- Follow up on loan disbursements and repayments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s credit policies and procedures.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or microfinance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the local market and business environment.
