JC International is recruiting to fill the position of Logistics / Mobilization Officer (NYSC Placement) in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Job Summary
The Logistics / Mobilization Officer will support the coordination of personnel, equipment, materials, transportation and other logistics activities required for the smooth execution of the company’s operations and client projects.
The successful candidate will assist with personnel mobilisation and demobilisation, travel arrangements, equipment movement, logistics documentation and coordination with internal departments and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate personnel mobilisation and demobilisation for projects, training programmes and field assignments.
- Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation and personnel movements.
- Support the preparation and tracking of mobilisation documents, permits and other required project documentation.
- Coordinate the movement, delivery and tracking of equipment, tools and materials to designated locations.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, schedules and reports.
- Liaise with internal departments, drivers, vendors and project teams to ensure timely delivery of logistics services.
- Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in relevant Science or Engineering disciplines.
- Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member eligible for primary assignment.
