Position Summary: The Officer-Loss Prevention will be responsible for patrolling all areas of the property, monitoring security systems, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees. They will handle incidents, conduct investigations, and maintain confidentiality of security-related information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol property and assist guests with room access
- Monitor security systems including CCTV, alarms, and fire safety
- Respond to accidents and emergencies, administer first aid/CPR as needed
- Defuse disturbances and handle complaints
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and document incidents
- Maintain confidentiality of security reports and information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 5+ years experience in Security/Loss prevention; professional Police Officer or Military Officer experience is an advantage OR
- 4-year degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Management, or related major; 5 years+ experience in Security/Loss prevention or related professional area
- Good knowledge of computers is essential

- Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, and lifting
