Title: Maintenance Admin Staff

Location: Abuja (FCT), Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Receive and register maintenance requests/job cards and ensure that the required information is complete.
Track each open job card from initiation through execution and final closure.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Inventory/Parts and relevant operational stakeholders to prevent avoidable delays.
Follow up on pending approvals, payments, parts/materials and other dependencies affecting job completion.
Record changes, additional work requirements and outstanding actions on the job card.
Ensure completed work is supported by the appropriate documentation before the job card is closed.
Escalate overdue, blocked or high-priority jobs to the appropriate manager for decision or intervention.
Generate necessary maintenance reports on mobility.
Complete associated documents both online and offline.
