Sunplast is a leading plastic manufacturing company in Nigeria with almost 30 years of experience in the plastics manufacturing industry. Sun Group entered the plastics industry through the acquisition of a plant in Sango Ota, Ogun State, in 1991. A second plant was installed and commissioned in Lagos in 2000, and in 2015, both plants were merged under one roof in Ogun State.
The plants, which operate under the names Bright Products Limited and Sunplast Industries Limited, are equipped with top-of-the-line injection moulding machines from China, India and Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training and departmental rotations.
- Gain practical knowledge of steel manufacturing processes and factory operations.
- Support assigned departmental activities and projects.
- Monitor operational data and prepare reports.
- Identify process gaps and support productivity and cost-improvement initiatives.
- Work with experienced professionals and departmental heads.
- Demonstrate leadership potential, discipline, initiative and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, HR, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Statistics or other relevant disciplines.
- 0–2 years’ experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate, where applicable.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability and willingness to work in a factory or industrial environment, including shifts where required.
