MTN Nigeria is seeking an experienced product management professional to lead the development and growth of its cloud, managed security and infrastructure solutions. The successful candidate will drive product strategy, build technology partnerships and develop commercially viable ICT offerings for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap for cloud, managed security and managed infrastructure solutions in line with MTN Nigeria’s enterprise growth strategy.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities, pricing benchmarks and emerging enterprise ICT needs.
- Develop business cases for new products and enhancements, including market potential, pricing models and profit margins.
- Collaborate with technology providers, security vendors and infrastructure manufacturers to develop and adapt solutions for the Nigerian market.
- Define product requirements, service specifications and service-level agreements with Technology, IT and Network teams.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, from concept development and business case preparation to launch, adoption monitoring and product upgrades or retirement.
- Work with internal teams to develop competitive pricing, product packaging and commercial models.
- Support enterprise customer engagements and industry events as an ICT solutions subject matter expert.
- Partner with the Marketing team on product launches, promotional materials and market positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification, such as an MBA or MSc, is an advantage.
- Relevant product management, cloud, cybersecurity or project management certifications are beneficial. Examples include PMP, PRINCE2 and Agile/Scrum certifications.
- Fluency in English.
- Six to thirteen years of relevant experience in product management, ICT solutions development or related technical and commercial roles.
- At least three years of experience in telecommunications, ICT, cloud services or managed services.
- Proven experience launching, managing and scaling B2B technology products or services, preferably in cloud computing, managed security, managed infrastructure or enterprise IT.
- Experience working with technology partners and vendors in co-development, resale or managed service arrangements.
- Strong consultative selling, solution design and negotiation skills.
- A sound understanding of the enterprise ICT market in Nigeria or Africa, including customer buying behaviour, competition and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership in designing and developing ICT solutions and platforms, including cloud services, managed services, cybersecurity, data centre services, unified communications and collaboration, IoT and digital solutions.
