Role Overview

A growing Nigerian food business is seeking a competent, hands-on, and highly organised professional to join its team in Lagos.

The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen and production operations, supervise kitchen employees, manage inventory, coordinate supplies to multiple outlets, and ensure consistent food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily food preparation, production, packaging, and dispatch.
• Supervise kitchen employees and monitor productivity.
• Manage inventory, stock records, and production documentation.
• Coordinate product supplies and deliveries to outlets.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and food safety standards.
• Support operational administration and business coordination.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Nigerian food production, restaurants, catering, or central kitchens.
• Knowledge of amala, traditional soups, and meat preparation.
• Experience supervising kitchen or production teams.
• Strong organisational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other basic digital tools.
