As Procurement & Sourcing Manager, you will bring ambition, a results-driven mindset and a genuine passion for optimising procurement processes. Your dynamic approach and dedication will contribute significantly to the success of the procurement team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the procurement department, maintaining effective financial controls in accordance with company policies and business procedures.
- Work proactively with key stakeholders to maximise guest satisfaction and comfort by sourcing quality products and responding positively and promptly to enquiries and procurement-related issues.
- Develop and implement business strategies, ensuring objectives are communicated at all levels, performance is accurately measured and results are reported in a timely manner.
- Manage the team’s lifecycle within the department, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance.
- Take responsibility for the purchasing budget, ensuring that all purchasing functions and processes are properly controlled, audited and continuously improved.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Review purchasing performance, objectives and standard purchasing practices, providing recommendations to improve financial performance and deliver added value.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, due diligence requirements and best practices. Plan, implement and document relevant activities for internal and external audits, carrying out follow-up actions as required.

- Proven experience in hotel purchasing, with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent managerial skills, with a hands-on approach and a lead-by-example working style.
