Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into use cases, process flows and detailed functional specifications.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and support solution design.
• Assist in prioritising product features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for new product features, initiatives and enhancements.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and expected functionality.
• Prepare reports, presentations and stakeholder communications covering requirements, project progress and product performance.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Develop and support API initiatives in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between business and technology teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.

Experience

• 2–5 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Product Management or a related role.
• Experience in banking, fintech, data or analytics sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
