Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Plot L4, Ellicott Street, Kubwa Extension 3, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing of Fabsi Table Water.
Ensure product quality, safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
Plan and implement production schedules to meet demand targets.
Supervise, train and motivate production staff.
Monitor and maintain production equipment and ensure timely maintenance.
Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
Control production costs and minimise waste while maintaining quality.
Prepare production reports and provide updates to management.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

HND or BSc in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science and Technology, or a related field.
Prior experience in running a water factory is an advantage.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role in the food and beverage or bottled water industry.
Sound knowledge of production processes, quality control and regulatory standards, such as NAFDAC.
Strong leadership, supervisory and team management skills.
Ability to plan, organise and meet production targets.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
