Role Overview

Mikano International Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Architect to manage architectural projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for design coordination, site supervision, project monitoring and reporting while ensuring compliance with design specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and working drawings.
• Prepare and review project documentation and technical details.
• Monitor and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and provide progress reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline and budget.
• Prepare periodic reports and maintain proper documentation of project activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• BSc or HND in Architecture.
• 2–3 years’ post-NYSC experience in architectural practice.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.
• Male candidates are preferred for gender balance.
• Strong skills in project monitoring, supervision and reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
