Job Summary
The Retail & Wholesale Sales Associate will assist customers with product selection, process sales transactions, support wholesale customers and help maintain the store’s inventory and product displays.
Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but candidates without prior experience can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the store.
- Help customers select suitable products.
- Record sales transactions using the POS system.
- Support both retail and wholesale customers.
- Maintain clean and organised product displays.
- Monitor store inventory and report low-stock items.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Use the Loyverse POS system for sales and store operations.
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic technology skills.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₦120,000 gross.

Working Hours
- 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Employees are expected to arrive by 8:45 AM to prepare the store before opening at 9:00 AM.
- Closing begins at 5:45 PM, with the store closing by 6:00 PM unless a customer is still being served.
- Sunday work may occasionally be required and will be compensated accordingly.
Leave Policy
- Annual leave: 10 working days per year.
- Sick leave: 5 days per year.
- A medical report is required for sick leave exceeding one day.
