The company is recruiting a Senior Project Manager III in Nigeria to lead major capital projects within the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will oversee project planning and execution, manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure delivery within approved budgets and timelines, and coordinate relationships with joint-venture partners and other key stakeholders.

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, execute and finalise major capital projects valued at over $500 million.
Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, budget and timelines.
Lead project teams and Project Leadership Teams (PLT).
Integrate development planning and subsurface team deliverables into overall project plans.
Identify and resolve major project issues while managing resources and governance requirements.
Manage relationships with joint-venture partners, commercial stakeholders and government representatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering.
Extensive experience managing major capital projects in the oil and gas industry.
International project experience, including at least two overseas assignments.
Experience executing major capital projects is an advantage.
Strong leadership, personnel management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management disciplines, including execution planning, contracting, procurement, cost estimating, project controls, planning and scheduling.
Technical experience in one or more disciplines, such as Marine, Facilities, Subsea, Pipelines or Structures.
