Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Site Supervisor / Graduate Trainee to oversee daily activities at assigned sites and ensure that operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.

The successful candidate will coordinate staff, monitor site activities, maintain proper records, report issues, and ensure compliance with company procedures. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities at the assigned site.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, appearance, and general conduct.
• Ensure assigned duties are carried out properly and on schedule.
• Maintain good communication between site staff and management.
• Monitor the use and condition of company equipment, materials, and other resources.
• Identify and promptly report operational issues, damages, shortages, or irregularities.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly site activity reports.
• Ensure the site is clean, organized, and maintained according to company standards.
• Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Resolve minor site-related issues and escalate major concerns to management.
• Monitor staff productivity and provide feedback where necessary.
• Support the Operations Manager in implementing operational improvements.
• Carry out other duties assigned by management.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• A minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution with 0–3 years of experience.
• Graduates from any relevant discipline are encouraged to apply.
• Graduate trainees are welcome to apply.
• Previous supervisory or site experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate people effectively.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to prepare simple reports.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Must be responsible, disciplined, proactive, and attentive to details.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to operational requirements.
