Job Summary
The Station Cashier will be responsible for handling daily cash and electronic transactions, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring proper reconciliation of station collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process cash, POS, transfer, and other customer payments.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and collections.
- Reconcile cash, POS, and electronic transactions at the end of each shift.
- Prepare and submit daily cash and sales reports.
- Ensure all transactions are properly documented and supported.
- Safeguard cash and other payment instruments in line with company procedures.
- Identify and report cash shortages, discrepancies, or irregularities.
- Work closely with station supervisors and accountants on financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company cash-handling and financial control procedures.
- Provide courteous and efficient service to customers.
Requirements
- Candidates should have relevant experience in cashiering, sales, finance, or a related role.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle cash and electronic payment transactions accurately.
- Attention to detail and strong integrity.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Additional Information
- Only candidates who reside in Oleh will be considered.
