Job Summary
The Store Keeper will support Reckitt’s warehouse and supply chain operations by ensuring efficient management of shipments, inventory, freight, export materials and third-party logistics activities.
The role will also be responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse records, supporting audit compliance and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily shipment plan and track pending and new orders.
- Process, dispatch and maintain documentation for all orders.
- Track and provide daily updates on all dispatched trucks.
- Manage and coordinate inventory activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and maintain accurate documentation of goods received and dispatched.
- Support full audit compliance with Reckitt’s quality and safety standards.
- Maintain high standards of product handling and service to meet internal and external customer expectations.
- Support outbound freight optimisation and export material dispatch.
- Coordinate third-party logistics suppliers within the operation.
- Maintain inventory record accuracy within the warehouse.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse and transport standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, preferably in Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in warehouse and freight management, preferably within the FMCG or logistics industry.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably JDE.
- Proven knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Customer service experience and strong coordination skills.
- Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
